Dolan Jablonski is the owner of The Oak Insurance Group, an independent agency headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. With access to more than 50 insurance carriers, Dolan's approach centers on identifying each client's specific exposures and building a policy that genuinely protects what they've worked hard to achieve — both tangible and intangible assets.

Dolan brings over 15 years of experience in client services to his work. He has always viewed the insurance relationship as a long-term partnership, not a one-time transaction — and that philosophy is reflected in the agency's structure as a one-stop shop covering personal, commercial, and life insurance under one roof.

Outside of work, Dolan lives in Druid Hills with his wife Melanie and their two boys, Jake and Wes — giving him first-hand understanding of what it means to protect a family and the assets built around it.

Jill McGowan has been working in the insurance industry since 2009, and has developed particular expertise in an area many agents overlook: the recreational assets and specialty items that represent some of clients' most prized possessions. Whether it's a collectible vehicle, a custom RV, a boat, or a unique lifestyle asset, Jill brings the knowledge to ensure those things are properly protected.

Her background spans multiple states, giving her a broad perspective on insurance regulations and a natural ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages. Jill is known for building lasting relationships — not just selling policies — and for bringing real-world experience into every conversation.

Outside of insurance, Jill is an avid gamer and streamer who enjoys building community online. She lives with her dog Bo and her cat King, who keep life grounded and entertaining in equal measure.

Karen Burns is an insurance agent with The Oak Insurance Group in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing more than a decade of insurance experience to every client relationship. Her specialty is high net worth coverage: fine homes, valuable collections, luxury vehicles and the excess liability protection that successful families need.
